Meet Joey
Joey Dexter is an Anglo-American vocalist and session singer with a career spanning music theatre, opera, rock and pop music. Available for live performance, session work, and recording projects, Joey brings a depth of vocal training and stagecraft to every lesson.
Joey began his musical training at the age of nine as a choral scholar at the prestigious Ampleforth College, before going on to study music at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) in Manchester. He comes from a family with a long history of working in the music and performance industries, and his own professional career reflects that same range and versatility.
Over the years, Joey has performed across an impressive breadth of styles and stages — from opera choruses, to leading roles in musical theatre, touring internationally.
